The Singapore Dragon Boat Association (SDBA) and DBS Bank (DBS) will be organizing the DBS Marina Regatta 2013 (The Event) on 18th to 19th May 2013. The Event will be held in the scenic Marina Bay, right in the heart of Singapore’s new financial centre.
