The Singapore Dragon Boat Association's Operation Centre which is located at the Kallang Water Sports Centre, No 10 Stadium Lane, Singapore 397774 is opened every day from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm except on Mondays and Public Holidays. Should Monday happen to be a Public Holiday, then the following Tuesday will also be closed.
