One Paddle North East: Celebrating Unity Through Dragon Boating at SG60
Join us on 14th June 2025 at Bedok Reservoir for One Paddle North East — a vibrant community celebration that unites Singaporeans through the power of paddling. Held in partnership with North East CDC and launched by Mr. Desmond Tan, this event embodies the SG60 spirit of tradition, inclusivity, and collective strength.
This event welcomes paddlers of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities—including special needs individuals, cancer survivors, and children from low-income families. It’s more than a race; it’s a movement of togetherness.
In a celebration of creativity, six dragon boats will be transformed into floating artworks, painted by talented special needs artists from The Shaping Hearts. Their work represents resilience, pride, and boundless imagination.
