SDBA AGM 2025 Notice
Dear SDBA Affiliates, Associates and Individual Members,
Notice of SDBA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025, to be held at the Sport SG Auditorium at 6 Stadium Walk on 17 September 2025 (Wednesday) 7.15pm, was sent out on 26 August 2025.
Members should have received an email with instructions on RSVP, tabling of resolutions, nomination and candidate declaration forms. Please inform lindakong@sdba.org.sg if you are an existing member and have not received the email.
We look forward to seeing you at the AGM on 17 Sep 2025.

Nomination for 13 Board Members (excluding Affiliate Representatives)
In accordance with Article 21.8 of the Constitution, the election of 13 Board Members will take place during the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 17 September 2025.
🔔 Nominations Are Now Open
All nominations must be:
- Submitted in writing using the official Nomination Form for Election to SDBA Board
- Accompanied by all supporting documents as specified in the form
- Proposed by an Affiliate and seconded by another Affiliate
- Inclusive of a declaration by the nominee disclosing any personal or business interests that may be relevant to SDBA or its members
- In full compliance with the eligibility criteria set out in Article 21 of the SDBA Constitution
📩 Submission Deadline
Completed nomination forms must be emailed to janecheng@sdba.org.sg no later than 4:00 pm on 10 September 2025. Submissions received after this deadline shall be invalid.
🗳️ Election Process
The election of the SDBA Board will be conducted during the Annual General Meeting on 17 September 2025 via hard copy voting.
