10+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment |
Skills & Knowledge: |
- Working knowledge on assessment tools to support talent management and succession planning.
- Experienced in managing a team.
- Must be well organized, strategic, highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills; able to manage several programmes/projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking, people management and planning skills.

Personal Qualities: |
- Ability to work with different levels of the organization including the Association’s Board Members to achieve results.
- Demonstrated people skills to influence, partner, advise and collaborate with various stakeholders for a keen interest to work continuously on process and systems improvements.
- Must be well organized, highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills; able to manage several programmes/projects simultaneously.
- Adaptable, be proactive, and assume ownership for broad tracks of work.
- Good interpersonal abilities and communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
