National Assistant Dragon Boat Coach (Women’s Team) JD

Job Requirements

Qualifications:	Registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) Coaching certification recognized by CoachSG
Experience:	Prior experience in dragon boat coaching or high-performance sports training Strong understanding of athlete development and performance training
Skills & Knowledge:	Ability to execute structured training programs and support performance targets Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with athletes and coaching staff Knowledge of SafeSport, anti-doping policies, and sports safety standards
Personal Qualities:	Passionate about athlete development and high-performance coaching Strong leadership and organizational skills Ethical and professional conduct in all coaching activities
