Job Requirements
| Qualifications: | Diploma or equivalent. |
| Experience: | Prior experience in High-Performance and/or Operations role. |
| Skills & Knowledge: | Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Time management and planning skills are essential. A background in the relevant sport is an advantage. |
| Personal Qualities: | Good interpersonal, effective verbal and written communication skills. Passionate about High Performance Sport and comfortable in high work pressure environment while able to manage Operations scope of work supporting both High Performance and Operations functions.
Good team player who is resourceful, adaptable and able to perform task under assigned timelines. Able to travel and work independently and responsibly without close supervision. |
