Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Dragon Boat Association will be held on Thursday, 15 September 2022 at 7.30pm at the Black Box Auditorium, SportsHub Visitor Centre at 3 Stadium Drive 397630.

AGENDA:

1. Confirm minutes of AGM held on 16 September 2021
2. Approve Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2022
3. Elect the following officials (Constitution Rule 7.3)
   1. Senior Vice-President (Mass Participation) (for a period of 2 years)
   2. Vice-President (Safety & Education)
   3. Vice President (Publicity & Promotion)
   4. Assistant Secretary-General
   5. Assistant Honorary Treasurer
   6. Vice President (High Performance) (for a period of 1 year)
4. Appoint External Auditor (Constitution Rule 14) for the ensuing year
5. Elect five (5) Ordinary Members to serve in the SDBA Management Committee for the ensuing year (Constitution Rule 7.2.2)
