National Youth Development Programme
As announced during the DB Symposium on 10 January 2024, SDBA is launching a new initiative; the National Youth Development Programme.
The National Youth Development Programme aims to support and complement the High-Performance Pathway, to provide aspiring athletes between 14-18 years old a head start to work towards representing the Nation at Championships and Major Games such as South East Asian Games, Asian Games and the IDBF World Championships.
Participants will pick up the foundation of paddling in a progressive, exciting, safe and fair learning environment and develop character, values and useful life skills through sport and by exposure to International Racing opportunities.
