Phase 2 Heightened Alert (22 July to 18 Aug 2021)
Arising from recent escalation in the number of COVID19 infection within the community, the government announced that Singapore shall revert back to Phase 2 Heightened Alert from 22 July 2021 to 18 August 2021.
Phase 2 Heightened Alert is rather strict with the allowable number of persons engaged in a sport activity at max. 2 persons only, including the instructor. For dragon boat, this meant that we will not be able to meet the minimum safety requirement for safe dragon boating.
In view of this, all dragon boating activities will have to stop, with effect from 22 July to 18 August 2021. Please click on the following links for the respective documents:

In the light of the Authorities’ instructions, we regret to inform that the dragon boat races for Pesta Sukan will be cancelled and we will make the necessary refunds to the teams who had paid up for their cancellations.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and seek your understanding that this decision was made with the public’s safety as a top priority. While we are disappointed with this development, the safety of our community remains paramount to us as the risk of a cluster forming around these events is presently assessed to be high. During this period, we urge everyone to observe the Safe Management Measures and stay safe.
