We Are Hiring: Technical & Projects Leader and High Performance Manager.

1) Technical and Projects Leader

Job Description

Job Requirements

Qualifications:	Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience:	5+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Knowledge:	Excellent practical technical knowledge and people management and leadership skills Strategic thinking and planning skills. Time management and planning skills are essential Relevant experience in youth, sports, and/or community work
Personal Qualities:	Ability to work with different levels of the organization including the Association’s Board Members to achieve results. Demonstrated people skills to influence, partner, advise and collaborate with various stakeholders for a keen interest to work continuously on process and systems improvements. Must be well organized, highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills; able to manage several programmes/projects simultaneously. Adaptable, be proactive, and assume ownership for broad tracks of work. Good interpersonal abilities and communication skills. Self-motivated.

2) High Performance Manager

Job Description

Job Requirements

Qualifications:	Recognised university degree. Those relevant to Sports Science / Management / Administration or Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
Experience:	Experience in preparing funding and justifications are essential.
Skills & Knowledge:	Strong management, Information Technology, communication, negotiation, financial management and planning skills are essential. Good knowledge of the infrastructure of Sport SG, Singapore National Olympic Council and SDBA, together with background in the relevant sport are an advantage
Personal Qualities:	Good interpersonal and effective oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to provide leadership, motivation and to work effectively with limited supervision is essential. Highly motivated, energetic, action-oriented and results-driven individual is preferred.
