Austcham 10km Challenge

Venue: Marina Reservoir

A unique race where the format is of an expeditionary, marathon kind of racing. This race has no race course, teams can use their own boats and they are free to navigate as long as they follow the racing route. Run at 10km for the DB22-crew sized boat and 5km for the DB12-crew sized boat. The challenge is not only against the other team but also personal. The participant needs to also challenge themselves to endure and stick with their teammates as they go through the gruelling endurance and energy-sapping race. If you can survive this tough dragon boat race, you can survive through any dragon boating activity.

It’s only 5km or 10km….
