14th IDBF Club Crew World Championships, Ravenna, Italy

IDBF has sent their invitations to IDBF member nations’ Club Teams to participate in the Club Crew World Championships (CCWC) 2024 in Ravenna, Italy. Please click on link for “IDBF CCWC Official Invitation”.

Please note that for Singapore club teams that wish to participate in the CCWC 2024, we shall use the National Ranking established in SDBF 2023.  You may click on the link for the National Ranking for 500m.

Note that the IDBF requirements are:

1. Up-to-5 Singapore club teams in the DB22 racing category/class
2. Up-to-2 Singapore club teams in the DB12 racing category/class
3. Up-to-7 Singapore Para club teams, subject to maximum of 4 teams, in either the DB22 or DB12  racing category/class

Terms & Conditions for consideration to represent Singapore at the CCWC:

C.1: Singapore Teams that ranked in the National Ranking 2023 achieved in SDBF 2023 shall be accorded priority for endorsement to participate in CCWC 2024.

C.2: The higher ranked team in the National Ranking shall take precedence, i.e., Team Ranked 1 shall have 1^st priority for selection, etc.

C.3: If the higher ranked team(s) decline to participate, then the selection shall be opened for the next ranked team, i.e., Team Ranked 1 & 2 will not be participating. Team Ranked 3 shall then have 1^st priority for selection, etc.

C.4: A Team that did not rank at all in the National Ranking established at SDBF 2023 may write-in to request for consideration. Note that consideration will only be accorded after all Ranking Teams have been considered.

C.5: Consideration for selection for the DB22 racing category shall be reciprocal, i.e., Team is ranked 2nd in National Premier DB22 Open hence they shall be eligible for CCWC Premier DB22 Open, etc.

C.6: Consideration for selection for the DB12 racing category shall be dependent on the Team’s ranking for the similar DB22 racing category, i.e. Team Ranked 1 in National Premier DB22 Mix shall be eligible for CCWC Premier DB12 Mix, etc.

2. Submit to SDBA by Tuesday, 8-December-2023, 2359hrs.
